Rose Godfrey has been published in several publications including Home Education Magazine, Discipleship Journal, Adoptive Families, Celebrate Life, Law and Order, and several regional parenting magazines. She is a regular contributor to www.sheknows.com and to the NSSLHA News and Notes, a publication for students in the area of speech pathology and audiology. Rose is available to speak to small and large groups in the following areas:

 

 

  • Language learning strategies for children with special needs (for professionals or parent groups)

  • Making the most of the IEP process, working together for the benefit of the child

  • Working with an interpreter in legal and professional settings

  • Communication in the workplace (working with consumers and coworkers who may have a communication impairment to insure best communication practices)

  • Speech and language issues in the older adopted or foster child

  • Homeschooling, both for regularly developing children and children with special educational needs

  • International adoption
